The Ten-Year Guarantee is an insurance

which allows the various stakeholders

in the act of building (architects,

contractors, promoters....) of  answer for their

obligations defined by section 769 of the DOC.

Ten-year legal liability enshrines the principle of presumption of liability for an incompressible period of 10 years.
